Individuals
PortlandBasketball.Com averages 190 teams per season; 3 of the 190 teams are composed of
individual players.
These individuals teams are named 'Monday Indis', 'Wednesday Indis' and/or 'Sunday indis'.
To join an 'indi' team you pay $70 (register on the main page- About the League).
Once you are paid in full, you will be placed on one of the teams with up to 7 other players.
Check the web site a day or two before the start date and your team name ('Indis') will be listed with a game time

More information about the Sunday Indis : the 'Sunday Indis' team plays at various gyms in the metro area with game times ranging from 2pm till 7pm.

: The indi teams on either of these days is unique in that they always play at The Courts (in Beaverton) at 6:20pm- very convenient... and with the first game of the night, you get a nice amount of warm-up time. And to restate this, PortlandBasketball.Com always forms a team of indis for Monday and Wednesday so if you pay, you are in.
Can you join with friends? If you have any friends or co-workers that want to play with you on the individual team, have them register and note that you want to play on the same team. We will get you on the same team.
What about uniforms? One of the services we provide is that we provide uniforms for the individuals team (each week, a PortlandBasketball.Com representative will bring uniforms to each game.
What team will you be placed on? The name of the team is Monday Indis or Wednesday Indis or Sunday Indis. If you have any questions, email one day in advance of the league start date and we can tell you the name of your team in case, there are two teams with the 'Indis' name on the same day. Restated: sometimes there are so many individuals that join, that we form two teams so if you see two teams with the nickname 'Indis' on your same day, be sure to email in asking which team you are on.
If you feel you are in the wrong skill level, then let us know after the season but during the season there is nothing we can do. If you do not
like your team, give it a few games before telling us because the
kinks typically work themselves out; in fact, finish the season out and maybe a few of the individual players and yourself will start your own/new team after the season ends. There
will be no refunds for any reason.
Discount for playing on 2 teams in 1 season: If you
play on two individual teams (if you play twice per week), you can get
$10 off (making your total cost $130 (instead of $140).
